CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist - PeopleSoft HR & Financials opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months
Duties:
Assist clients with the implementation, configuration, testing, and production support of PeopleSoft HR and Financials modules.
Provide expertise across Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time and Labor, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Project Costing.
Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and configure applications to meet specific business needs.
Ensure seamless integration of PeopleSoft solutions into client environments, supporting efficient and accurate HR and financial processes.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide ongoing support for PeopleSoft HR and Finance modules.
Develop and maintain documentation, test plans, and training materials.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as required.
Skills:
Strong expertise in PeopleSoft HR and/or Financials modules.
Proficiency in application configuration, testing, and production support.
Solid understanding of business processes related to HR and finance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting PeopleSoft HR and/or Financials modules.
Proven track record of implementing and configuring PeopleSoft applications in complex environments.
Experience in production support and issue resolution for PeopleSoft systems.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
