Job Description
Able to understand customer requirement and also read & understand contractual obligations. Also able to read and understand engineering drawings. Must be open to understand and ready to adopt the various customer platform, different portals for drawing release and data sheets etc. Good coordination with execution sites for their requirements and priorities. Able to understand the priorities of various stakeholders upon project requirements and timely coordination for completion of assign tasks. Must be having good knowledge in SAP (to resolve any quires pertaining to PR, GRN & PGI) Must be good in MS Excel for planning, monitoring and timely execution of assigned package. Must be ready and self-motivated for vendor and site visit to address any gap/delay. Must be good and very clear in mail and verbal Communication. Good overall knowledge about power plant, erection and manufacturing process. Must manage project folder and monitor various package inputs (Material Requisition, Technical data\'s, Quality procedures, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Vendor invoices, Raw material reconciliations, MDCC reconciliations, LMB invoices) on daily basis.
