Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Package Designer & Digital Sketch Artist

to join our team with 3yrs-6yrs Experience. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, sketching, and designing compelling packaging that aligns with brand identity and appeals to the target audience. Your ability to bring ideas to life through digital illustration and packaging mockups will play a key role in enhancing product appeal and driving consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop original packaging concepts and designs from ideation to production-ready files. Create detailed digital sketches, illustrations, and concept art to visualize packaging ideas. Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and branding teams to ensure cohesive design alignment. Translate brand strategies into functional, innovative, and visually appealing packaging solutions. Prepare dielines and production files with accurate dimensions and specifications. Conduct market and competitor research to stay current with trends in packaging and digital design. Review proofs and ensure final designs meet production and quality standards. Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 2+ years of experience in packaging design and digital illustration. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and digital sketching tools (e.g., Procreate, Sketchbook, Wacom, or iPad). Strong understanding of printing techniques, materials, and packaging construction. Excellent drawing and digital rendering skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and brand consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

Background in branding or consumer product packaging. Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable packaging design.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
