Description:
CTG is seeking an experienced Package Consultant - Workday Integrations for a remote, 10-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations across HR and Financial systems
Lead inbound/outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors
Develop web service integrations (HTTP POST, REST/SOAP)
Apply advanced Studio concepts (error handling, listener services, message queues, custom beans)
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless data flow
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of hands-on Workday implementation experience
Strong expertise in Workday Studio integrations (inbound/outbound)
Experience with XML/XSLT, APIs, and complex integration design
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
