Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Workday HCM & Compensation position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 months
Duties:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday HCM and Compensation modules.
Serve as the Integration Lead, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, and integrations.
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices for Workday Compensation processes.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and Compensation modules.
Experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
Proven experience leading Workday HCM and Compensation implementations.
Hands-on experience as an Integration Lead on enterprise-level Workday projects.
Familiarity with HR business processes and compensation structures.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
