CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Workday HCM & Compensation position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Configure and maintain Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
Design, develop, and implement new Job Profile Catalogs.
Mass create Job Profiles via EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
Manage Job Profile attributes, including Job Level, Job Level Hierarchy, and Job Classifications.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to implement compensation strategies and eligibility rules within Workday.
Work independently on complex projects and provide guidance on best practices for Workday configuration.
Support Workday Cloud implementations and ensure system alignment with organizational needs.
Skills:
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems.
Hands-on experience with Workday Ecosystem and Workday Cloud applications.
Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation module configuration expertise.
In-depth understanding of Job Profile management and related Workday attributes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice to have:
Strong business planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and identify solutions.
Well-developed organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Experience:
Proven experience implementing Workday HCM and Compensation modules.
Demonstrated success in configuring Workday Recruiting and Compensation functionalities.
Experience working on cloud-based Workday environments is required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
