Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Workday Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM modules, specifically Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll solutions.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system functionality and compliance.
Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
Skills:
Strong expertise in Workday HCM, including Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting.
Understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and compliance requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with Workday security roles, workflows, and calculated fields.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant, focusing on Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
Demonstrated success in Workday implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Experience working with diverse teams in a remote or distributed environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Workday HCM certification(s) in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
