CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Workday Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 10 months
Duties:
Guide clients through the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM modules, specifically Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
Design efficient time management processes and configure payroll structures aligned with client policies and global regulations.
Manage absence tracking and leave policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption and ensure accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing.
Provide post-go-live support, including troubleshooting, data validation, and resolving system-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday modules with other enterprise systems.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
Understanding of global payroll regulations and modern time-tracking methodologies.
Experience designing and implementing absence management policies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities for system configuration and operational issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and guide end-users.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or similar HCM implementation role.
Hands-on experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and providing post-implementation support.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
