Description:
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Java & Web Technologies position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 months
Duties:
Design, develop, test, and support Java-based web applications in alignment with business and ERP deployment requirements.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams during ERP implementation activities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other core financial processes.
Support complex ERP-related integrations and customizations, with particular focus on Intercompany transactions and Product Costing.
Work closely with a large offshore (India-based) delivery team utilizing an established S/4HANA template.
Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing support during and after deployment phases.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Skills:
Strong Java development skills and experience with modern web technologies.
Understanding of ERP deployment processes, including GL, AP, AR, and related financial modules.
Experience supporting or integrating with SAP S/4HANA environments is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Intercompany processing and Product Costing concepts.
Ability to work effectively with offshore development and functional teams.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
Experience:
5+ years of application development experience, with a focus on Java and web technologies.
Prior experience supporting ERP implementations or large-scale enterprise system deployments.
Experience working in globally distributed team environments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
