CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - SAP EIM position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) ETL jobs within a Business Objects Enterprise environment.
Develop and maintain complex ETL data flows, ensuring accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Support configuration and integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources, including BW extractors.
Enable HANA data replication using Data Services and manage data loading into SAP Data Management Console (DMC).
Drive end-to-end data migration efforts for SAP S/4HANA and other SAP solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate data integration requirements into effective solutions.
Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for ETL processes.
Skills:
Expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and BusinessObjects Information Steward (BOIS).
Strong knowledge of SAP Smart Data Integration (SDI), SAP Data Hub, and SAP Data Intelligence.
Experience with SAP DMC (Data Management Console) and SAP data migration methodologies for S/4HANA.
Proficiency in ETL design, performance tuning, and data quality management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience:
7+ years of experience with SAP Data Services and SAP EIM (Enterprise Information Management) tools.
Proven experience in SAP data migration, data replication, and integration projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP and non-SAP data source connectivity and configuration.
Experience leading data migration or ETL implementation initiatives within large enterprise environments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
