Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant - Oracle ERP Financials Cloud position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle ERP Financials Cloud applications across various modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and Taxes.
Provide expertise in niche and supporting applications such as Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, and Revenue Management Cloud Service.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and client teams.
Assist in developing functional specifications, testing strategies, and validation of system processes.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and leverage best practices in Oracle Cloud Financials.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure smooth operations.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials Cloud modules and functionality.
Experience with implementing and supporting core finance applications and related submodules.
Strong understanding of business processes in finance, accounting, and reporting.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and map them to system capabilities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
Experience with configuration, integration, and testing in Oracle Cloud environments.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience implementing Oracle Financials Cloud solutions.
Proven track record of successful Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and support engagements.
Experience working with clients across multiple industries is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
