Master's degree (preferably M.B.A. -- Finance/HR/Management or related, M.Com.) with
First Class
(or equivalent CGPA).
Minimum
3 years
of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Administrator in an academic, corporate or government environment. Experience in higher education is preferred.
Excellent command of English
(written & spoken); proficiency in the local/state language is desirable.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office
: Word, Excel (including basic formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint and Outlook (calendar & mail management).
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
