Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Manage the MD's schedule, appointments, and meetings. Organize and prepare documents, presentations, and reports. Handle confidential information with discretion.

Communication Management:

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft emails, letters, and other forms of communication on behalf of the MD. Take minutes during executive meetings and follow up on action items.

Coordination & Planning:

Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Liaise between departments and the MD for project follow-ups. Ensure timely reminders and updates are shared with the MD.

Documentation & Filing:

Maintain files, records, and correspondence. Ensure legal, medical, and HR documents are up-to-date and accessible.

Support Hospital Operations:

Assist in overseeing administrative tasks linked to the MD's office. Help track hospital performance metrics or KPIs when needed.

Skills Required:



Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication High level of confidentiality and professionalism Familiarity with medical or healthcare terminology (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Time management and attention to detail

Qualifications:



Master's degree (preferably in administration, healthcare management, or related field) Prior experience as a PA or Executive Assistant Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a strong advantage
