Candidate should provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to executives. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of corporate operations to ensure seamless coordination between the MD's strategic initiatives and HR functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Administrative Support:
Manage and organize the MD's and Head of HR's calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data integrity and security.
Human Resources Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials and coordinating training sessions.
Help to manage employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
General Duties:
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, prioritizing and directing them as appropriate.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the efficient operation of the executive offices.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
