Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable
Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
to provide both personal and professional support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personal Support:
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
Handle personal errands, purchases, bill payments, and vendor coordination.
Organize personal travel, reservations, and family-related events.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strict confidentiality.
2. Professional Support:
Assist in official communications, documentation, and meeting coordination.
Arrange business travel and maintain expense records.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Support in event or project planning and execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
4-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
