Job Summary
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and confidential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the MD's office. The role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Manage and coordinate the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Organize meetings, including agendas, logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests to ensure effective time management
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate with senior management and departments on behalf of the Managing Director
Support planning and execution of executive events, board meetings, and company engagements
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and accurate records
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Support travel planning, expense tracking, and documentation where required
Qualification - Any Degree
Good interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
