Manage the COO's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the COO.
Track action items, follow up with respective departments, and ensure timely updates.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and circulating actionable points.
Maintain office filing systems and documentation as per confidentiality standards.
Support COO in daily operational and administrative tasks.
B. Patient Relations Officer
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient feedback, queries, and grievances.
Coordinate with various departments (nursing, billing, medical, housekeeping, etc.) to resolve patient issues promptly.
Ensure patient satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Monitor and analyze patient feedback data to suggest process improvements.
Support hospital initiatives for service quality and patient care improvement.
Assist in developing and implementing patient relation policies and service standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
