Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Administrative & Executive Support
Manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and travel plans.
Maintain organized files, records, and correspondence.
Draft, review, and manage official letters, reports, and presentations.
Handle all incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages) professionally.
Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and management, staff, and external organizations.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by the Chairman to various departments.
Organize and prepare for meetings -- agenda setting, documentation, and minutes preparation.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and communications.
Event & Meeting Management
Arrange official meetings, conferences, and institutional events.
Prepare necessary materials and ensure smooth execution of official engagements.
Accompany the Chairman to meetings as required and take notes/minutes.
Office Management & Protocol
Oversee smooth functioning of the Chairman's office.
Manage visitors, ensure protocol, and maintain a professional atmosphere.
Coordinate logistics for official travel, accommodation, and hospitality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
