We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's day-to-day schedule, communications, travel, and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and smooth operations of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients and partners.
2. Administrative Management
Organize and maintain the CEO's files, records, and documents, ensuring confidentiality.
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and invoice approvals related to the CEO.
Assist in preparing board meeting materials, reports, and presentations.
3. Travel & Event Coordination
Plan, book, and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel.
Organize and coordinate executive offsites, company events, or external engagements.
Ensure all logistics for meetings or travel are smooth and efficient.
4. Strategic Support
Assist in tracking key initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups for strategic projects.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on action points where needed.
Conduct research and provide briefs or summaries for upcoming meetings or engagements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack).
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting C-level executives.
Project management or event coordination experience.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Working Conditions
Occasional travel or after-hours work may be required based on CEO's schedule.

Pay: ₹14,614.92 - ₹35,000.00 per month
