We are a reputed NGO actively engaged in implementing government and CSR-funded skill development programmes such as PMKVY, SURYA Scheme, and NABARD-sponsored initiatives. Our mission is to empower youth and women through livelihood training, entrepreneurship, and employment generation.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a
dynamic and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO
who can efficiently manage administrative, operational, and communication responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, drafting, and multitasking skills with experience in NGO, Skill Development, or CSR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in day-to-day operations, communication, and follow-ups.
Handle emails, official correspondence, and meeting schedules.
Prepare project documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with government departments, Sector Skill Councils, CSR partners, and training centres.
Maintain records, trainees' data, and project progress reports.
Support in proposal preparation, mobilization planning, and event coordination.
Manage travel arrangements and protocol meetings as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (Master's preferred) with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and drafting skills (English & Hindi).
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic data management.
Knowledge of skill development schemes (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, CSR, NABARD etc.) preferred.
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
Salary:
As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
