Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
Responsibilities:
Communication:
Screen and manage phone calls and emails, responding on behalf of the executive when necessary.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents.
Documentation and Filing:
Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records.
Ensure proper documentation of important information and correspondence.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Confidentiality:
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Asst or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Discretion and trustworthiness.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
