The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, communications, and coordination tasks efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle all correspondence -- emails, calls, and messages -- professionally and confidentially.
Organize and prepare meetings, including scheduling, reminders, and minute-taking.
Draft letters, reports, and other documentation as required.
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain confidential files, records, and databases.
Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive as needed.
Ensure smooth communication flow and prioritize tasks effectively.
Assist in basic office administration and event coordination.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration, Management, or related field).
Proven experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
