Job Summary:




We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive individual to support two executives
in managing both their personal lives. The role
requires a sharp mind to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of activities, ensuring
seamless operations.


Key Responsibilities:




Primary Point of Contact for Executives in their day to day activities.

Manage email correspondence and act as a liaison with vendors, stakeholders, and

family members.
Assist the executives in executing their daily tasks which includes coordinating with

family members, support staff, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
Ensuring continuous support during Executives' domestic and international travel,

including itinerary management, visa and documentation arrangements, travel
logistics, and addressing any emergent needs.
Providing end-to-end support for family events and engagements, including vendor

coordination, and ensuring smooth execution to ensure seamless experiences.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism, handling all personal and family

matters with complete confidentiality and discretion.
Quickly adapt to changing needs and priorities, proactively addressing issues to

ensure a seamless experience for the executive.
Handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring all aspects of the executive's

personal life and professional life are well organized.


Requirements:




Young, enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach.

Strong sense of style, familiarity with luxury brands, and an appreciation for high

standards in decor and fashion.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with the ability to manage

interactions with a wide range of people including family members, support staff, and
external vendors.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online shopping sites

Should have basic social media management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a

willingness to adapt to the executive's changing needs.
