The team does it all while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal company policies.
About the Role
Drive end-to-end HR compliance and audit readiness across the organization, ensuring 100% statutory adherence (Payroll, Labor, CLRA), robust vendor compliance, and flawless facilitation of internal/external audits. Build a proactive compliance culture, strong controls, and timely reporting in partnership with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
