Job Description

Join TUI as P2P Agent - Overheads UK and be responsible for processing invoices and credit notes, delivering excellent customer service, while performing in line with service level agreements. The Accounts Payable (P2P) Overheads team plays an important role in managing the company's cash resources by ensuring that suppliers are paid to terms, and that good working relationships are developed with these suppliers.
ABOUT THE JOB
Overheads Query Management - managing internal / external queries via email / ticketing tool
Pre-sorting and scanning of invoices
Administering COLLECTOR inbox
Verification of invoices via readsoft
Selecting invoices for processing and checking invoices
Coding of FI invoices and sending FI invoices for approval
New user set up - working with MD team, HR MI team and SAP support
System amendments - working with Cytric Admin in Handover
Claims Audit - this is the major part of the role, ensuring approved claims are correct referring to policy
Cytric reporting - KPI report and also working with Payroll regarding mileage claims
Expenses Query Management - managing the expenses inbox and responding within the SLA
ABOUT YOU
Experience of working in a customer-facing/high volume transaction is desirable
Excellent customer service and telephone manner - fluent in English
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral and confident with internal & external parties - fluent in English
Good interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills
Competent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work on own initiative and manage your own workload but escalate when necessary
Experience of working in Accounts Payable/Finance roles is an advantage
Working experience of SAP ERP systems would be advantageous
