About the role:
We are looking for a P2P Process Expert to support P2P Operations for Haleon business from the Global Capability Center in Bengaluru.
This role will require knowledge and understanding of E2E process as well as significant hands on experience in operational Accounts Payable related activities.
Key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include - but non-exhaustivelyProvide Compliance oversight to Accounts Payable activities at Haleon Operations Centers
Ensure first-time-right transaction processing and quality standards.
Provide specific oversight for a select number of key vendors to ensure P2P performance and any escalations have a focused oversight and fast intervention.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for other teams including Haleon Operations Centre
Handle queries from external and internal stakeholders via a dedicated case management tool.
Provide support to the local business entities and vendors with ad hoc issues and urgent requests
Raise, route and manage invoice exceptions with shoppers and approvers
Monitor the payables, vendor account reconciliation.
Maintain process documents and provide trainings.
Ensure effective inter-team communication.
Recommend process improvements and solutions.
Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses, root cause assessments, etc.
Oversee T&E operations, including Concur system issue resolution and card settlements.
T&E oversight & reconciliation
+ Oversee the daily operation of the employee expense reimbursement function.
+ Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the Concur system.
+ Ensure payments for all cards is carried out in timely manner
+ All cards are submitted and balances settled when employees leave the organisation.
Requirements & Qualifications:University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
8+ years of experience in Procure to Pay or Accounts Payable area
Hands-on experience working with SAP
Expertise of working in a control/ SOX environment
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and collaborative problem-solving
Effective communication and stakeholder influence with users/vendors remotely
Knowledge of lean methodology is an asset
FMCG industry and Shared Services environment experience would be a bonus
