• Skilled in all SAP P2P - Indirect Procurement, Integration with MM and FI, PR Workflow and tax configurations.
• Knowledge in Cross Company Purchasing configurations, pricing procedures, Output determination, Supplier classifications and BP Maintenance.
• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Support for all SAP P2P Related Incidents.
• Ensure major incident communications to management and internal customers and work as a first point of contact with the user community, service delivery of SAP P2P Applications Support, and operations.
• Expert in all aspects of SAP Implementation process: Business process analysis, System configuration, Testing, Documentation, End-user training, and Production support.
• Understanding the role and importance of new SAP technologies for improving user experience
• Experienced in complex implementations that include custom solutions around SAP (user exits, enhancements, customer programs)
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
• Open to learn and stays up to date on next generation applications in SAP ecosystem
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
