What success looks like in this role:

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. Execute Standard Operational Tasks Incident Logging & Documentation - Record incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems. Maintain documentation for cloud environments and operational processes. Apply best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization. Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
