FTCIdentify knowledge gaps among electricians through market visits, site visits, team feedback, and research.
Coordinate the finalization of training centers in collaboration with various colleges across the state.
Coordinate with CSR and the factory team to manage the required material on time.
Collaborate closely with Training Service Partner Agencies to ensure the smooth planning and execution of training programs.
Suggest modification to training programs basis on ground analysis.
Generate and manage various reports related to training programs (e.g., attendance sheets, materials used, Gathering program effectiveness data, etc).
Marketing of Training Programs, Visiting Retailers and electricians for inviting in our training program.
Drive the on-ground adoption of digital training platform once developed.
85% Travel required within specified geography
Attitude: Self-starter, proactive attitude. Readiness to lead the communication of Training program
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
Experience with CSR (Corporate social responsibilities) would be an added advantage.
