0 - 0Presales engineers possess in-depth knowledge of telecom products (Active, Passive, Data Centre etc) and services, including their architecture, capabilities, and use cases.
Analyse customer needs and pain points to identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
Design and propose solutions that meet the customer's specific requirements, often involving the creation of custom demos or proof-of-concepts.
Responsible to map RFP/EOI/Pre-tender requirement technical and functional scope with respective OEM, SOW and key deliverable of opportunity.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the product or service to potential customers.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address technical requirements, provide technical input during sales pitches, and assist with proposals and RFPs
Help and support BID management team by ensuring timely coordination with respective OEMs for technical and non-technical documentation to be prepared from OEMs perspective and timely submission.
Need strong communication skills to effectively translate technical information to non-technical audiences and collaborate with various teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Build strong contacts with customers, OEM, Partner.
Work with multiple opportunities simultaneously, so strong time management skills are important. Meet customer opportunity timeline and preparation of RFP/EOI response document with approved set of OEMs.
Preparation of Technical and Non-technical formats, Solution Document as per the Opportunity requirements.
Handover and prepare document once RFP convert from Bidding to PO. Post-sales support to be extended for implementation as per the designed solution. Review progress and help and drive to meet RFP/Solution prepare during the BID
