Responsibilities



Primary Responsibility To attend & Resolve customer complaints To give detailed inputs about product failure and suggestion to avoid reoccurrence of the same

Secondary Responsibility To give technical training to Electricians/ channel partners & internal team members

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

Educational Qualification and Experience Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering 10 yrs. experience handling customer complaints at a state level Functional Skills Knowledge of computers Ability to conduct training programs Communication skill Analytics ability * Developing E - Training modules
