Job Opening: Trade Marketing Specialist - DOBRA (Oxbow Brands)Bangalore | Full-TimeAbout the Role:As Trade Marketing Specialist at DOBRA, you'll be responsible for driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales through impactful offline and in-store marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role that combines creative planning with sharp execution across retail, modern trade, and consumer-facing events.Key Responsibilities :- In-Store & Key Account Marketing : Plan and manage trade activations including sampling, shelf displays, promotions, and visibility campaigns across retail and modern trade.- Promoter & Merchandiser Management : Recruit, train, and manage promoter and merchandiser teams (direct and through agencies) to deliver strong in-store execution.- Budgeting & ROI : Develop, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets; track ROI of campaigns and optimize spends.- Event Planning & Execution : Conceptualize and execute consumer events, mall activations, kiosks, and exhibitions to drive awareness and trials.- POSM Development: Plan, design, and execute POS materials (standees, wobblers, display units, etc.) to enhance shelf presence and brand recall.- Visibility & Promotions : Drive brand presence through offline initiatives - tie-ups, sponsorships, on-ground consumer touchpoints.- Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align trade marketing activities with overall business objectives.Requirements :- 3-6 years of experience in trade marketing/BTL/shopper marketing in FMCG (foods & beverages preferred)- Strong execution skills with ability to manage multiple agencies and on-ground teams- Experience in budget management and ROI analysis- Creative thinker with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail- Willingness to travel for on-ground activations and store visitsWhy Join DOBRA?DOBRA is Oxbow Brands' flagship F&B brand - reimagining India's favorite formats like pop goli, cotton candy, and snacks with a fresh, fun, and high-quality twist.
