Job Summary:

As the Owner Representative - India, you will lead the overall business operations, administration, and growth strategy for the company's India branch. This leadership role requires a results-driven professional capable of aligning local execution with global vision, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & Operational Oversight

o? ?Oversee all operational functions, including finance, customer service, HR, administration, equipment, and sales in alignment with company goals

o? ?Ensure efficient branch operations through coordination with department heads and line managers

o? ?Resolve customer and employee issues effectively, maintaining high levels of morale and service delivery

Business Development & Sales

o? ?Drive branch sales targets and revenue performance

o? ?Monitor market trends and advise management on regional competitiveness

o? ?Identify operational gaps and recommend timely corrective actions to improve efficiency

Branch Management

o? ?Ensure daily operations run smoothly through structured SOPs and active coordination

o? ?Provide consistent leadership, coaching, and performance development to team members

o? ?Foster a culture of accountability and ownership at all levels

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

o? ?Ensure all required licenses, permits, and regulatory documents are valid and up to date

o? ?Maintain full compliance with local statutory, labor, and logistics/shipping regulations

Talent Development & Mentorship

o? ?In partnership with HR, identify, nurture, and retain key talent

o? ?Promote high performance by setting clear KPIs and empowering teams with the necessary tools and decision-making autonomy

o? ?Recognize strong performance and create a culture of growth and recognition

Qualifications & Requirements:



o? ?Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution

o? ?10+ years of experience in operational or branch management roles, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors

o? ?Proven leadership experience with a focus on people management, operational excellence, and sales growth

o? ?Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

o? ?Strong knowledge of local regulatory and shipping/commercial compliance
