Job Overview:

We are seeking

experienced and proactive Overseas/International Education Counsellors

to join our Student Visa Applicant Enrolment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in guiding students for overseas education in the

USA, UK, Canada, Australia

, and preferably

Germany

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

telecalling and follow-ups

with leads. Make

outgoing calls

to prospective students and guide them through the application and admission process. Convert

hot and cold leads

into admissions. Assist students in

filling applications

for their desired programs. Coordinate with candidates and trainers to

schedule batches

. Send regular

emails and SMS updates

to prospects and applicants. Maintain accurate reports on inquiries, walk-ins, admissions, and conversions. Guide students in

document collection, uploading, and booking

exam or visa slots. Provide

specialized guidance

on overseas education requirements including tests, college selection, and visa processes.

Requirements:

5 to 8 years of experience

in a student visa consultancy or international education domain. Sound knowledge of

student visa processes

for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany. Excellent

communication, influencing, and convincing skills

. Must be

target-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking initiative

. Strong ability to

convert inquiries into admissions

. Proven experience as a

study overseas expert

is highly desirable.
