As a Senior Counsellor, guides students through the process of studying abroad, helping them choose programs and universities, navigate applications, and manage visa requirements providing support throughout the admissions process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Guide students on study abroad opportunities in countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand ,Europe, etc.
Counsel students on educational courses, program selection, and career planning for studies abroad.
Provide personalized guidance on overseas education options, matching students with suitable courses and universities based on their goals and academic background.
Student counseling:
Conduct individual sessions to understand student goals, help them choose suitable countries, courses, and universities, and assist with career planning.
Application assistance:
Guide students through the application process, including preparing and submitting forms and necessary documents to international institutions.
Visa and immigration support:
Advise on visa applications and immigration procedures, ensuring students meet all requirements for study abroad.
Information and workshops:
Organize and conduct informational sessions and workshops on overseas education opportunities and procedures.
Pre-departure support:
Coordinate pre-departure orientations and provide resources and advice for students on living and studying in a new country.
Record keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, application statuses, and visa progress.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Education Counselling.
Pleasant personality with effective convincing and sales skills.
Passion for learning and a commitment to growing with the company.
