Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Overseas Administration Executive

to manage the operational and administrative functions related to overseas student admissions and visa processing. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, knowledge of international education systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate the complete admission process for students applying to international universities (documentation, application submission, follow-ups). Manage and maintain student records, databases, and communication logs. Liaise with universities, embassies, and consulates for admissions and visa-related processes. Support visa documentation preparation and application submission (student visa, dependent visa, etc.). Provide timely updates to students and parents regarding application status. Handle correspondence and schedule appointments with international partners or institutions. Assist in organizing webinars, information sessions, and orientation programs for outbound students. Ensure compliance with country-specific immigration and educational requirements. Maintain confidentiality and data security standards. Generate regular reports on application status, conversions, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience in education consultancy or administrative roles (especially in international student processing). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Familiarity with university portals and application systems (UCAS, CommonApp, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of visa and immigration rules for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc., is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:



Positive attitude and student-centric approach. Multilingual proficiency (added advantage). Experience working in a fast-paced educational or consultancy setup.
