The Overseas Representative is responsible for managing and expanding the organization's business activities in international markets. The role involves building relationships with partners, distributors, clients, and stakeholders abroad, promoting products or services, supporting market development, and ensuring strong brand presence in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & Sales
Identify new business opportunities and expand company presence in the assigned overseas market.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, distributors, and agencies.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management
Provide continuous support to international clients through communication, visits, and follow-ups.
Handle inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Maintain customer satisfaction and address challenges promptly.
3. Brand Promotion & Representation
Represent the company at international exhibitions, seminars, trade fairs, and networking events.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Promote the company's brand and ensure alignment with global marketing strategies.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with headquarters to coordinate orders, shipments, documentation, and customer support.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market activities, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, export requirements, and company policies.
5. After-Sales Support
Assist clients with product installation, training, or service coordination (depending on industry).
Resolve issues related to shipments, warranty, quality, or service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Experience in overseas sales, international business development, or export operations (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
