Utilize various channels, including international job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry-specific platforms, to find and headhunt potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for international roles.
Manage the end-to-end process of coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and providing career guidance. Also, collaborate with international hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs and provide recruitment support.
Ensure full compliance with international labour laws, visa requirements, and hiring regulations in various global markets.
Support the smooth transition and onboarding of new hires by coordinating with payroll and HR departments.
Stay informed about labour market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in global recruitment to inform strategies.
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 years experience in International / overseas recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse candidates and global teams.
Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively across different regions and cultures.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and pipelines.
Knowledge of international employment laws, work permits, and tax regulations.
Strategic thinking to develop and implement global recruitment strategies.
Ability to work independently, research market trends, and apply innovative sourcing techniques.
