Job Description

The Overseas Recruitment Team Leader is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end international hiring process. This role ensures smooth sourcing, screening, documentation, and deployment of candidates to overseas employers while leading a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Management & Coordination



Lead, train, and supervise the overseas recruitment team.

Assign daily/weekly tasks and monitor team performance.

Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.

Talent Sourcing & Screening



Oversee sourcing strategies for international manpower requirements.

Review candidate applications, shortlist profiles, and ensure quality recruitment.

Conduct initial interviews and assist in final selections with clients.

Client & Agency Coordination



Maintain strong communication with overseas employers and recruitment partners.

Understand job requirements, quotas, and project timelines.

Coordinate interviews, technical tests, and client interactions.

Documentation & Compliance



Ensure candidates' documents (passport, certificates, medical, PCC, etc.) are verified and accurate.

Coordinate visa processing, travel arrangements, and deployment formalities.

Maintain compliance with local and international labor laws.

Reporting & Follow-up



Maintain updated recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.

Follow up with candidates at every stage from sourcing to onboarding.

Resolve issues or delays quickly to ensure smooth processing.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement



Implement best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Reduce candidate dropouts and improve candidate experience.

Ensure ethical recruitment practices and transparency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
