Job Description

The Overseas Recruitment Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the recruitment of candidates for international job opportunities. The role involves managing the entire overseas hiring process, ensuring compliance with global standards, and building strong relationships with foreign employers, agencies, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Hiring



Manage full-cycle recruitment for overseas positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection).

Identify suitable talent pools and attract qualified candidates for international placements.

Coordinate with foreign employers to understand job requirements, skill criteria, and hiring timelines.

Conduct preliminary assessments to ensure candidates meet technical, professional, and language standards.

2. Client & Employer Coordination



Maintain strong relationships with overseas employers, agencies, and recruitment partners.

Participate in virtual/onsite meetings to discuss manpower needs and recruitment strategies.

Ensure timely communication and updates to international clients.

3. Documentation & Compliance



Oversee candidate documentation, visa processing requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure adherence to international labor laws, immigration policies, and ethical recruitment standards.

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage contracts, offer letters, and approvals.

4. Operations & Team Management



Lead the recruitment team to achieve international hiring targets.

Plan and organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and international selection events.

Monitor recruitment KPIs such as lead-to-selection ratio, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction.

5. Candidate Management



Guide candidates through the entire process -- application, documentation, training, and deployment.

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maintain high-quality candidate service.

Address candidate queries, concerns, and pre-departure preparations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
