Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and results-driven Recruiter who is fluent in Hindi and possesses a strong command of English vocabulary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, including client interactions, agent management, and candidate interviews.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients to understand job requirements and deliver results. Coordinate with agents to ensure timely sourcing of quality candidates. Conduct and manage interviews, screening, and shortlisting. Maintain accurate records of candidates, agents, and hiring progress. Handle all recruitment activities with a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Meet hiring targets and support overall business objectives.

Requirements

Fluent in Hindi with strong speaking skills. Good vocabulary and communication skills in English (spoken and written). Minimum 3 years of mandatory experience in overseas recruitment. Professional attitude with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel

What We Offer
