Job Description

The Overseas Recruitment Counselor is responsible for guiding and assisting candidates who aspire to secure international job opportunities. The role involves understanding candidate profiles, providing suitable abroad job options, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting them throughout the recruitment process. The counselor acts as the main point of contact between candidates, foreign employers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Candidate Guidance & Counselling



Provide detailed counselling to candidates regarding overseas job opportunities, requirements, and processes.

Assess the candidate's qualification, experience, and career goals to suggest suitable countries and job roles.

Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines.

2. Recruitment & Screening



Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for approved international job openings.

Conduct initial interviews to verify candidate suitability.

Coordinate with recruitment managers and foreign clients for further selection rounds.

3. Documentation & Compliance



Ensure all required documents (CV, certificates, passport, medical, PCC, etc.) are complete and accurate.

Guide candidates in preparing for medical tests, skill assessments, and embassy submissions.

Maintain compliance with recruitment regulations and company standards.

4. Communication & Coordination



Act as a liaison between candidates, employers, and other departments (visa, documentation, HR).

Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and updates regarding application status.

Maintain regular communication with candidates until deployment.

5. Tele-Calling & Follow-Up



Make outbound calls to potential candidates to introduce overseas opportunities.

Follow up with interested applicants, update them on next steps, and ensure timely movement through the recruitment process.

Maintain call logs and ensure high engagement and conversion.

6. Database & Reporting



Maintain updated records of candidate interactions, status, and documentation.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment progress.

Update the CRM/ATS system with candidate details and hiring outcomes.

7. Customer Service & Support



Provide excellent service to ensure candidate satisfaction.

Resolve candidate queries promptly.

Offer post-selection support till arrival at the destination country.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
