Job Description

The Overseas Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end overseas recruitment activities, developing strategies to attract talent, and building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and global partners. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in international recruitment processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, manage, and oversee overseas recruitment projects across multiple sectors. Source, screen, and select suitable candidates for international opportunities. Liaise with international employers, recruitment agencies, and institutions. Ensure compliance with immigration, labor laws, and overseas recruitment regulations. Supervise and mentor recruitment consultants and staff. Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and selection processes. Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality recruitment services. Develop business growth strategies and expand global recruitment networks. Represent the organization at industry events, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree Proven experience (5 years) in overseas recruitment, HR, or international staffing. Strong knowledge of global hiring practices, visa processes, and compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage teams and meet recruitment targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
