Source, identify, and recruit candidates for overseas opportunities across industries/sectors.
Build and maintain strong networks with international employers, universities, and recruitment partners.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates against overseas job/academic requirements.
Guide candidates through documentation, visa requirements, compliance, and relocation procedures.
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Stay updated with overseas market trends, hiring regulations, and immigration policies.
Develop partnerships with agencies, consultants, and international stakeholders to expand InRecruit's reach.
Ensure compliance with ethical recruitment standards and company policies.
