Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our overseas manpower agency. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for job opportunities in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. Prior experience in overseas recruitment is preferred, though domestic recruitment experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates for blue-collar and skilled roles across Gulf markets.

Screen CVs, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate with clients and understand job specifications and manpower demands.

Prepare and manage candidate data and reports using Excel.

Follow up with candidates and clients for documentation, visa processing, and deployment.

Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure timely communication.

Requirements:

1-3 years of recruitment experience (Overseas preferred; Domestic acceptable).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.

Familiarity with Gulf market trends and categories is a plus.
Preferred Background:

Worked in an overseas manpower consultancy or recruitment agency.

Familiarity with Gulf categories like construction, oil & gas, facility management, etc.
