We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Overseas Opeartion Specalist

to join our growing freight forwarding team.

Candidate Desired Profile: The ideal candidate will manage the full cycle of international shipments, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, carriers, and customs while maintaining compliance with trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day

import and export operations

(sea, air, and land freight). Prepare and verify

shipping and customs documentation

(BL, AWB, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.). Coordinate with

shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers

for timely cargo movement. Monitor and update

shipment status

, providing tracking and updates to clients. Ensure all shipments comply with

customs and international trade regulations

. Manage

job costing, quotations, and billing

, and liaise with accounts for invoicing. Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, and finance) for smooth end-to-end operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business

(preferred).

5 - 8years of experience

in freight forwarding (import/export operations). Strong understanding of

INCOTERMS, customs clearance, and international shipping procedures

. Proficient in

MS Office

and familiar with freight management systems. Excellent

communication and organizational skills

. Ability to

multitask

and work effectively under pressure.
