Duties

Coordinate our ground, air and sea freight operations. Custom compliance and import/export procedures Communicate effectively with international partners, vendors, and local teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor shipment statuses, resolve delays, and troubleshoot operational issues promptly Maintain accurate documentation of all international transactions, compliance records, and operational reports Support the implementation of global policies and procedures to standardize processes across regions Assist in coordinating cross-border projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines Conduct regular reviews of operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in international operations, logistics, or supply chain management Strong understanding of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international trade compliance Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of organization Proficiency in relevant software tools such as ERP systems, Excel, and communication platforms Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance Willingness to travel internationally as required for coordination purposes
