Key Responsibilities:
Make
150-200 outbound/inbound calls daily
to student leads to understand their study abroad goals.
Provide accurate information on
overseas education options
, including countries, universities, courses, eligibility, and intake timelines.
Counsel students on
admission procedures, application steps, visa basics, and scholarship opportunities
.
Qualify leads, address queries, and
convert prospects into active applicants
through effective tele-counselling.
Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure timely application progress.
Assist students with documentation requirements such as
SOPs, LORs, resumes
, and application checklists.
Maintain and update student data, call logs, and follow-up status in
CRM systems
.
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
.
Coordinate with internal counselling and operations teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
Stay updated on
study abroad trends, intake deadlines, and university requirements
.
Key Requirements:
Excellent
verbal communication and convincing skills
.
Comfortable with
high-volume calling (150-200 calls/day)
and target-oriented work.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand student needs and offer suitable study abroad solutions.
Basic understanding of overseas education or visa processes is an advantage (training provided).
