experience in Overseas Education

to manage a team of 15 .

Key Responsibilities - Team Head (Overseas Education, Immigration & Recruitment)

Lead, manage, and mentor counselling, documentation, and recruitment teams to achieve business targets Oversee end-to-end operations for

overseas education, immigration, and overseas recruitment

services Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and ensure team performance meets KPIs Ensure accurate counselling for students, skilled professionals, and clients as per country-specific regulations Monitor application processes including admissions, visas, immigration files, and overseas job placements Maintain compliance with immigration laws, university guidelines, and recruitment standards Coordinate with international universities, colleges, employers, and global partners Handle escalations, complex cases, and high-value clients professionally Drive business development through lead conversion strategies and referral partnerships Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and introduce new services or destinations Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and management updates Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Conduct regular training, reviews, and motivation sessions for team members

Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership & people management In-depth knowledge of study abroad, immigration pathways, and overseas recruitment Excellent communication & negotiation skills Target-driven and process-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Experience:

Team management: 2 years (Required) Overseas Education : 3 years (Required)
