Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Overseas Education Counsellor

with 2-3 years of experience in academic and career counselling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the entire overseas admission process, ensuring a seamless journey from counselling to visa approval, while achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end counselling for students aspiring to study abroad. Guide students in university/course selection based on eligibility, career goals, and financial background. Manage the entire admission process including application screening, documentation, and form submissions. Advise students on eligibility criteria, interviews, financial requirements, and visa documentation. Coordinate and build strong relationships with registered agents and overseas education providers. Conduct face-to-face and telephonic counselling sessions with potential students. Handle inbound and outbound calls, new enquiries, and regular follow-ups. Address student queries promptly and provide accurate information. Track applications, maintain updated records of student data, admission status, and visa progress. Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment targets through effective counselling and conversion.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in overseas education counselling/academic advising (required). Proven track record of achieving sales targets in counselling or education services. Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accuracy in documentation. Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
